We know you can’t wait to get your order so when buying Online with Us You have the option of having the Product(s) You order delivered directly to You or alternatively you can choose to collect them from one of Our many stores. Whichever You choose We hope You will be pleased with Your purchases and thank you for shopping with us.

THERE ARE NO DELIVERY CHARGES FOR STORE PICK UP ALL YOU PAY FOR IS THE GOODS YOU BUY

Direct Delivery
 

Our convenient delivery service costs just $3.99 per Order for Jewellery, Hair items and soft accessories regardless of the quantity purchased. Larger Products such as handbags, Flowers and Fascinators and footwear cost just $8.99 per Order regardless of quantity purchased. We understand how eager You will be to receive the Products you order so as a guide we aim to deliver them within 3 or 5 working days depending on the time of day your Order is placed.
We Aim to make deliveries between 9.00AM – 5.00PM Monday to Friday and on larger items such as handbags and footwear a signature will be required on receipt. Please note there will be no weekend or public holiday deliveries.
If for some reason We are unable to complete the delivery, a card will be left informing You that We called and advising You where the Products You ordered can be collected.
Our Delivery service covers mainland Australia and Tasmania.
All orders shipped for the flat fee of $3.99 are non trackable and are delivered via Australia Post.  Orders that ship for the flat fee of $8.99 are delivered via AAE and you will be notified of a tracking advice on dispatch from Us, please note deliveries made via AAE require a signature on receipt.

Store Collection
 

When making Your Online Purchase You can use the store locator function at the check out to locate the store from which You wish to collect the Products You order.  There are no delivery fees for this service all You pay for is the cost of the goods You buy and we will get them to the store you select at no extra cost to You.
You will be advised by phone when Your order is ready for collection but as a guide We will endeavour to have Your items available within 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase. When collecting goods you must present a copy of the e-mailed order confirmation or photo ID.
