How long at eQUIP?

I've been with eQUIP for over 3 years now. I began my career as a store manager at Tuggerah, then after 2 years I was offered the opportunity to be eQUIP's Visual Merchandiser. It was a huge lifestyle change, a lot of traveling and late nights, but its definitely worth it. It's been a very exciting journey. I travel, meet new people and play with accessories all day - what more could a girl want!

Your key role?

My key role is assisting the eQUIP team with all of their merchandising and store presentation; from Jewellery to bags to displays. I am in store everyday, and when I am not, I am writing the eQUIP merchandising update. I am also involved in store openings, where I travel to new eQUIP stores to give them a helping hand. I am a busy girl, but my position keeps me motivated and inspired to succeed.

Best thing about your job?

You mean apart from the accessories?! All of the eQUIP teams. I love working in store everyday - the girls are great. There are so many personalities in eQUIP, everyday holds another fun filled experience. Every store has its own atmosphere and vibe, and its all thanks to the staff. The travel is also of mention, I’ve been to places I would never have gone to otherwise.

Fav piece of eQUIP jewellery?

Where do I start, I have so much? I couldn’t decide... It really does depend on my mood. At the moment I love all of the burnished gold Jewellery, especially long necklaces. I also have a lot of charm bracelets, they are so feminine, and in gold or burnished gold, have that antique feel that I adore.
