How often will I receive emails?
The frequency of our communication will depend on what’s happening at eQUIP. Fashion moves fast so if we have lot’s of good things to share we may send you an email every week.
When will I receive an email?
From the moment you give us your email address instore or online we will start to send you emails.
If you have signed up instore the confirmation process is in place simply to make sure we have your correct email address. We know we can sometimes make mistakes typing your address in and don’t want you to miss out on the fabulous things we have to offer.

I signed up instore and am having difficulty confirming my email - What should I do?

If you signed up online:
You should receive this voucher within 2 hours following sign up. If it doesn’t arrive we suggest that you check your junk email folder. If it's not there, you can contact our Customer Service team.
If you signed up instore:
You need to confirm your email address online before this voucher is sent. Once you have confirmed your email address you should receive this voucher within 2 hours following confirmation.
If you do not receive your voucher we suggest that you check your junk email folder. If it's not there, you can contact our Customer Service team.
How can I unsubscribe?
You may unsubscribe from email at any time and without reason by doing any of the following: (a) selecting the unsubscribe option on emails sent to you by eQUIP; or (b) by contacting eQUIP Customer Service; or (c) if you have confirmed your email address online you can log into the CHANGE MY DETAILS page at the eQUIP Friends section of our website and choose to unsubscribe.
